Hivernant is a word that described the men who spent the rugged winter months hunting and trapping on the cold northern prairies.

These men would create temporary villages in the deep tundra to shelter from the cold and rough conditions.

Our premium shaving soap provides a superior lather, slip, and post-conditioning feel.

Tallow- and lanolin-based formula finished with soothing oat extract, our testers have unanimously agreed that this soap knocks it out of the park!

Hivernant has a cooling, mentholated blend of rosemary mint and tea tree essential oils.

Water, locally-sourced tallow, palm stearate, coconut oil, potassium hydroxide, castor oil, sodium hydroxide, unrefined shea butter, babassu oil, lanolin, oat extract, peppermint essential oil, rosemary essential oil, menthol, tea tree oil

Puck & Container Pour

The shave puck comes in a tin, so you can use it in a shaving bowl or rub it between your hands until you invest in a shaving brush.

The container pour shave soap is poured into an 81 mm wide-mouth container while liquid, so you can lather directly into the container.

Unlike commercial soaps, these soaps contain all the naturally occurring glycerin. And like a fine wine, our soaps are aged for six weeks before going on the market.
