All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Customer Service and require a return authorization number and may be processed here.

Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging—with all accessories—within 30 days of purchase.

Responsible For Shipping

We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used. For all returns other than damaged or incorrectly shipped items, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item. Shipping is non-refundable.

We ship from California USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Please allow 1-2 business days to process new orders.
